LD5 These rustic lot designation is for use by a RVs with long trailers.
Because they are pull thru requiring a pull-thru street they are more
expensive to build and rent. Note: The cost must include the land and construction cost of the pull-thru street. Generally there is less than 5% of LD5 lots in the RV-Mod Village. The rustic lot uses no concrete except for:
a. Anchoring the RV Pedestals
b. Protective Pedestal posts
c. and Corner lot posts
d. Concrete base for hurricane Shed
e. 8 Concrete mounting Posts for Modular Home
f. No gravel is used
g. Conventional 12 x12” blocks are used as needed for
walks, driveways and patio bases.
h. Lawns, Schrubs and trees are encouraged at the users expense.
It uses a back to back RV Pedestal model _Heritage MH 75 GB3 Heritage with 20, 30 & 50 amp receptacles on each side.
The LD5 Lots uses the following Lot Features:
2. A space for a 65’ RV Trailer next to the pedestal.
3. Parking space for 1 or 2 cars.
4. A brick,concrete block storage shed/ hurricane shelter.
5. No fencing on 3 sides
6.. No removable fencing in front to allow eazy access for RVs and cars
