LD 7 Modular Duplex on a 45’ x 100’ lot
LD7 This rustic lot designation uses a 12 x 60 ft Modular building
divided into a duplex each being fully separate.
There is over 1520 SF under roof with 760 sq ft for each user.
Each unit is less than 30 ft or 360 SQ FT allowing it to fall
within the legal constraints of existing Park Trailer legislation
using a 50 amp from a RV pedestal.
The rustic lot uses no concrete except for:
a. Anchoring the RV Pedestals
b. Protective Pedestal posts
c. and Corner lot posts
d. Concrete base for hurricane Shed
e. 8 Concrete mounting Posts for Modular Home
f. No gravel is used
g. Conventional 12 x12” blocks are used as needed for
walks, driveways and patio bases.
h. Lawns, Shrubs and trees are encouraged at the users expense.
It uses a back to back RV Pedestal model ___Heritage MH 75 GB3 Heritage with 20, 30 & 50 amp receptacles on each side.
LD 7 lots can also be located along a common green allowing users
to be members of a CGA or common green association.
The LD7 Lots uses the following Lot Features:
1. A Space for a 12 x 60 ft modular building.

3. A brick, concrete block storage shed/ hurricane shelter.
4. Fencing on 3 sides
